Alejandro Fuentes moved from Puebla, Mexico to the United States in 2004, and has been in the restaurant industry ever since. He has gained experience in all front of house positions in well-known Philadelphia restaurants such as Jon’s, Cuba Libre, and Lucha Cartel. He is now the owner and manager of Nemi. With a wide array experience, Alejandro is passionate about providing a good dining experience from the time you walk in to the time you leave the restaurant.
